Finding your way through all of the options, payment plans, applications and paperwork can be confusing.  
The following are the different loan programs I offer, as well as the loan products and services that are
available to clients.

Loan Programs:  USDA, FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo loans are available
Refinance, Purchase, First Time Buyers, Second Mortgages, Debt Consolidation
Loan Products:  Fixed Rate Mortgages, Adjustable Rate Mortgages

Fixed Rate Mortgage- A mortgage rate that will never change throughout the life of the mortgage.

Adjustable Rate Mortgage- A mortgage where the rate is fixed for a set period of time, then can adjust, as the bond
market adjusts.
